ELK: We have been raising & selling our Elk Meat to Fine Restaurants for over 15 years.
Now OUR WINERY & GRILLE uses 100% of our production.
BEEF: We source our Beef from Louie's Finer Meats In Cumberland Wisconsin,
WE ALSO BUY a custom raised Beef Steer from FOX MEATS in Dresser Wisconsin.
We then have the Beef aged & custom cut to our specifications at Deer Park Meats.
PRODUCE: We use produce grown BY LOCAL VEGETABLE PRODUCERS AND OUR
ORCHARDwhen ever possible.
FRESHNESS: We like to make our own sauces, marinades, dipping oils, etc. DAILY. This
includes preparing our Kabob Skewers, hand packing our Burgers, and slow cooking
our Elk Roast. We prefer to prepare our food versus having it pre-prepared at a factory.
It's more work, but WE can taste the difference.

Elk is a very lean meat, moist, tasty meat, it should be served rare or medium rare, if you
want it "well done", than switch to beef, chicken or pork.
Pair with Stone's Throw Wineries Big Mouth RED or their Merlot
