We make our wines from the apples and fruit we grow. We primarily use HONEYCRISP & HARALSON APPLES, they are extremely flavorful and high in malic acid.

We also blend locally grown grapes with our apple wines.

We also support/co-market/advertise/sell other local wines from vineyards and wineries.

These wines are generally “limited” distribution and availability.

We generally have 40 – 50 of these wines available.

We also have a wide selection of domestic & international “limited” production wines that allow guests to compare and contrast "typical" widely distributed wines with our local wines.
