Honeycrisp "dry" is light and very fruity! Our first bottling of the season is incredible!

Autumncrisp is our semi-sweet Honeycrisp Apple Wine.

Fall Harvest (the third wine from the first fermentation) will be bottled in 2 - 3 weeks.

It is a blend of our Honeycrisp "dry" and Riesling.

2 NEW WINES COMING!

Our goal was to make a Haralson Apple Blush (80% Haralson & 20% Marechal Foch Grape). And, Haralson "dry" Apple Wine (Haralson & Edelweiss Grape).

Evidently the Govt. doesn't know what a Haralson Apple is, so we had to rename the wines.

We went with Indian Summer Blush and Appleweiss.

INDIAN SUMMER BLUSH

This week we taped the barrel, It had a wonderful color, complements of the Marechal Foch. The taste is incredibly flavorful. Haralson apples make the best pies and cider because they are extremely flavorful, high in sugar, but yet slightly acidic which gives the apple its tartness. Because of this acidity level we added a touch of our home-made apple syrup, to add a little sweetness.

 - The result is unbelievable, The Haralson apple gave the wine it's complexity, and the Marechal Foch added it's red

   grape flavor. It is a great blend of two local fruits.

 - We will be selling the wine for $18 per bottle.

 - It will be sold out by New Years. We are starting another batch next week. Hopefully the A.T.F. will

    approve the label in 2 weeks. We will bottle the wine and hopefully have it ready in 3 weeks.

 - We will allow 100 bottles to be pre-sold. Contact Greg Miller (owner) at 715-483-2829

The remainder will be sold on a first come first sold basis.

Appleweiss

 We chose to blend the Haralson (high acidity) with Edelwiess because the Edelweiss Grape makes such a good flavorful dry white wine. As we sampled the barrel I was shocked at how dry the wine was. It was everything we had hoped for. We tweaked the wine with a touch of our apple syrup to cut the sharpness a little.

 - We will be selling the wine for $18 per bottle.
